I’d like to express my excitement that the New York Yankees won the World Series tonight/last night, without comments from the Yankee-haters. (I can’t believe I have to preface this but) I’m a fan who came across the team honestly (my dad brought me & my sisters up as fans from birth) and I’m genuinely excited. I know that I’m lucky to root for a team that is not a “small market team.”
I wish I had been able to get back up to NY for a game in the new stadium this year.
