I have a lot of talented friends. I do my very best to support them, whether it’s contributing to their Kickstarter campaigns or buying a book they’ve written or album they’ve released. I try to keep up with everyone’s blogs and when I have time, do my best to stay up to date with their podcasts. Ya know. I like to support my friends.
So, the point of this post is to pimp out two different Etsy sites. The first one is Jay’s and the second one is my friend Desiree’s.
Jay’s Etsy Shop: Jay’s Flea Market Finds: A Vintage Toy Store
- Here’s the URL: http://www.etsy.com/shop/lukevenk
- Description: A online vintage toy store where you can find great items from your childhood. All of these items are found from Flea Markets, Swap Meets, and Thrift Shops from around the U.S.A. Basically, Jay wants to share all of the goodies he finds when he goes toy hunting with whoever is willing to buy! There’s old toys, comics, action figures, etc. And you know you want to buy this creepy Pee Wee Herman so I don’t have to look at it anymore… 😉
Desiree’s Etsy Shop: Transcendental Geekery
- Here’s the URL: http://www.etsy.com/shop/sitakatherine
- Description: Tote bags and earrings based on really fun, geeky things such as Harry Potter, Firefly, Doctor Who, and My Little Pony. Those Captain America earrings I wore at SDCC this year? They’re from Des’s Etsy shop. (See below.) There’s also really cool bags like this Spider-Man comic one. Definitely check it out if you’re a fan of all things geek.
Hope you enjoy checking them out. If you have an Etsy shop or Kickstarter or blog or whatever, let me know because I’d love to check it out, too! 🙂Shop Amazon - Explore 50 Years of Great TV - Find the Best TV Shows from 1960 Until Today
